Huize van Wely, 100 Years of Excellence

I was asked by Tania Tjiptobiantoro, Sylvain Julien and Cindy Ho Umetada from The Papilion (Jakarta), to work on a book project to celebrate the 100 years of the famous Dutch patisserie Huize van Wely. The result is a 256 pages book, 238 x 276 mm, printed on the beautiful Munken Polar paper at French Escoubiac Print. The book presents Huize van Wely through portraits and interviews of key persons and employes making the Huize van Wely story every day, and through recipies and anecdotes.
